Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy


Booking: For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer of $100 is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee should client not show up or cancel at last minute. However, the fee may be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due by or on the session date.


For events; a 50% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee if cancelled. The remaining 50% balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the event.


Payment: Sessions can be paid for via cash, debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Checks of any kind are not accepted. For print orders, only debit and credit cards are accepted.


Cancellation Policy: For portrait sessions, if client needs to cancel, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling at least 72 hours before the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. All sales are final and there are no refunds for cancelled shoots.


If cancellation is made by photographer, you have the option to reschedule, or a refund will be issued.

In the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other electronic malfunction, limitation of liability is limited to refund of monies paid.


Inclement Weather Cancellation: In cases of bad weather such as heavy rain, snow storm, hurricane, etc, client will be contacted for rescheduling.
